Instead, most of the few that read and commented rejected my advice and instead provided suggestions different than mine.
However, it appears that Someone was reading and paying attention and today took my advice.
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obama lacerated Donald Trump on Tuesday over his repeated assertions that the Nov. 8 election is rigged against him, telling the Republican presidential candidate to "stop whining and go try to make his case to get votes."
I can’t imagine that President Obama recognized that what Trump is doing is just old fashioned whining on his own or that anyone else he might be listening to suggested that he call Trump out on his whining, so I’m quite confident that, not only does Obama spend his free time scrolling down the recent stories on DKos (he doesn’t even stick only to the front page and recommended articles), but he actually pays attention, mulls over their brilliancy, and then WHAM, hits a homerun with the wise advice he’s provided here.
And yes, this is snark, but it was highly satisfying to Finally hear the idjit Trump called out on his incessant whining. I hope this becomes a constant meme all Dems follow up on because it’s the ONLY thing that’s going to have any actual impact on a few of his rabid followers. Whining is what they all do, but they recognize it for what it is, which is weakness. They detest visible weakness because they realize, deep down, that they’re weak and they’re desperate to keep up the pretense of being strong. If Trump’s whining is constantly referred to as whining, it will significantly weaken his ability to continue whining, as it will be apparent as weakness to his rabid followers and a few of them will begin to question him.
